This week on The Deciders, Renee Fraser, Ph.D. of Fraser Communications talks about the Fraser developed #BiggerChoices campaign. It is a unique advertising campaign designed with the help of teenagers about smoking weed. The teens wanted to tell the facts so they could make their own, bigger choices.
